Rescheduling & Cancellations

All reschedules must be made 24-48 hours prior to the service. If rescheduling is not made within 2 weeks, a new deposit will be needed to reserve your new appointment.
If you have any signs of any possibly contagious sickness, you will be canceled and charged 100% for not canceling.
All appointments are appointment based.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable and go towards your service balance.
Deposits are required to book a service.
In the event of inclement weather, emergency, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster (such as government shut down), deposits are still nonrefundable and prepaid service plans are nonrefundable. All appointments will be rescheduled and deposits goes toward appointment only.
Please note if the payment card on file declines, Naturally Connected will reattempt charging the form of payment on file for up to 120 days after date of scheduled appointment. Any overdraft fees are not the responsibility of this business but of the signer of this agreement.

Age Requirements

Naturally Connected services all ages for facials. Facials are available for minors (8-17), with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Clients must be over 18 years of age to receive advanced facial treatments, intimate waxing or vajacials.

Client Expectations

Client must complete intake sheet and provide an accurate account of medical history, current medications, allergies, and any products used topically or by ingestion.
Please note that no Brazilian waxing will be performed when on monthly cycle.
Please note that any open wounds, cuts, sores, etc on the service area per my Esthetician can not perform any service on said area.
In the event of any medical concerns post treatment, client agrees to contact medical professional and follow up with a Naturally Connected Esthetics.
Clients must agree to follow post care/aftercare treatment plan and or product suggestions from Naturally Connected Esthetics professional.
Once the service is completed you are acknowledging that the service was completed and expectations met.
Although it is impossible to list every potential risk and complication, client has been informed of possible benefits, risks, and complications of treatment and agrees to service.
Please note that results vary; as everyone has a different face shape, eye shape, etc.
Children(all ages) who aren’t being serviced are not allowed at appointments.
